How do you handle the ledger connection to the house?
We use proper ledger hardware and through-bolts, and we flash above the ledger to prevent water intrusion. This is the most common failure point on decks — we do it right.
What is the warranty on your work?
We warranty our labor for one year. Material warranties vary by manufacturer. We use products with strong manufacturer backing.
