What sizes do you build?

We build fully custom, so any size works. Most residential greenhouses run 8x12 to 12x20. We size based on what you want to grow, your yard, and your budget.

Is twin-wall polycarbonate better than single-pane glass?

Yes for most homeowners. Twin-wall is more insulating, diffuses light more evenly for plant health, and holds up to hail and UV far better over time. Glass looks great but is heavier, more expensive, and breaks.

How long does it take to build a greenhouse?

Most custom greenhouses take one to two weeks to build once footings are cured. We plan the foundation first, let it cure properly, then build the frame and panels.

Where on my property can I put a greenhouse?

Greenhouses are classified as accessory structures in most Tennessee municipalities and are generally required to be placed in the backyard. They must meet setback requirements from property lines — typically 5 to 10 feet depending on local code. Some neighborhoods or HOAs restrict accessory structures entirely or limit their size. We check all of this before finalizing your design.

Without it, heat and humidity buildup can damage the frame and create an environment where plants cannot thrive.
